They got vibrant highs, as I said, they got excellent ANC and good ambient mode Soundpeats T2 are great for watching movies. They’re actually great for running and working out as well the controls, the Bluetooth, and the battery life is all excellent. These support AAC and SBC codecs. They still sound good even if you’re using SBC on Windows 10. However, with SBC they often start up music with slightly delay on one earbud - not an uncommon issue with true wireless earbuds but it can be annoying in that first second or so. Connectivity is quite solid with very infrequent dropouts (I notice some on my phone when I have its bluetooth modem oriented a certain way, but I’m not sure I can blame the earbuds for this issue which occurs on other devices as well). The front has a lip for easy control of the lid, and three charge lights at the front. Whereas the TrueEngine3se had the lights inside, recent Soundpeats releases have recognised that displaying on the case is far more useful, even upgrading the TrueAir2 to support this with their second iteration (so I am told) I’m willing to overlook it because of the great overall sound. There’s some mid-range clarity that can be difficult to hear. Now the sound stage is the second area. They got it almost right for me, but it’s just not very big. There’s totally a clear separation between left and right channels, but they just never really get a sound stage that kind of goes outside the boundaries of my head it’s still decent, but it’s not the best that I’ve heard. Let's start at the beginning. Goods - such as the SOUNDPEATS products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. I personally like this sound style of earbuds, but if you like “bass boosted” earbuds these may not be for you.
Design and features
Of course, one of the most appealing features of their earbuds is their active noise cancelling functionality – particularly at this price point, and I have to say, given that price point, the active noise cancelling works surprisingly well. During my testing, I found the earbuds to work well at cutting out ambient noise around me as well as machine noise such as fan noise. A little bit of the high end will seep through, like on many ANC headphones and earbuds, but they do a good job at cutting out the majority of the noise around me. The ANC capabilities are very impressive for the price-point of the earbuds. If you’re looking for a pair of ANC earbuds that you can use throughout the day, the SoundPEATS T2 are a great option. Their balanced sound and ANC performance for the price is impressive and they’re a great value choice if you don’t want to spend a lot but still wish to have active noise cancelling. The earbuds themselves are quite large but surprisingly comfortable and stay put in my ears very well. They have an ergonomic negative profile - the issue is more into how much they protrude out of your ears than the fit. Therefore they are not ideal for sleeping with or wearing a hat over. hours from the buds themselves, a further two charges from the case. Not quite up there with the Sonic, but not far off, and very good for ANC-enabled earbuds - giving at least 5 hours advantage over the SoundLiberty 94, for example.
