maybe because the atomizer on the decant bottle is fucked so im not getting a full spray but its not projecting like at all with a spray on each wrist, 2 on the neck, and one on the shirt.If I waft my arm around, to try and get a whiff, I get only a very slight rum note, which I'm not sure I like because I would've liked to be able to smell a bit more pepper and sage. The vanilla and rum will be the strongest on the dry down with the pepper still lingering even after the opening. Though its initial sickly sweet note initially put me off, probably has something to do with a whiskey induced hangover.
