Not sure what you mean by splitter, if more than 1 light is run off a single output of the transformer you may well overload it. If you have several MR16’s say 4 sets of 3 (12 total), could you simply connect all 12 new LED bulbs to 1 transformer (assuming that all 12 now draw the load required for 1 transformer)?
